Chinese New Year in Reception
In Reception this week the children and staff have been celebrating Chinese New Year in lots of different ways. To begin with they cleaned their classrooms to get rid of any bad spirits, then they created beautiful Chinese art work, writing numbers and good luck messages on red paper to signify good luck. Finally they settled down to a Chinese feast of sticky rice, sweet and sour noodles, and prawn crackers. Yummy !
