It is 'World Car Free Day' on Sunday 22nd September in bid to encourage people to give up driving for a day and use alternative transportation methods, such as walking, cycling, or public transit.
We would love to see our school community join in with this worldwide effort to reduce our carbon emissions, whilst also taking the opportunity to fit more exercise into your daily routine. If you manage to not use your car on this day and enjoy a family day out, why not post about it on our school's X account and tag in #worldcarfreeday.
