Each year we send out a questionnaire to all of our Reception parents asking for their views of our induction process. It covers all aspects of the transition from pre-school settings to starting life as a new member of the Four Oaks Family and being happy in school.
We would really appreciate it if one parent for each child in Reception could complete the short survey and send it back into school. This form will also come out form school as a paper version, but only one copy needs to be returned.
