FOSBACS Ofsted Report11 July 2025 (by admin) |
The FOSBACS Ofsted inspection report is now available for parents to read.
On Friday 20th June, hot on the heels of the Ofsted inspection in school, FOSBACS also had a visit from Ofsted.
The inspection reports for any wraparound care scheme are now different to the reports for schools in that there are no ‘satisfactory’, ‘good’, or ‘outstanding categories’, but merely either ‘met’ or ‘not met’.
As you can see from the FOSBACS report they were deemed to have ‘met’ all required standards, but if you read the short report in detail, you can see that they were so much more than that. During the feedback meeting at the end of the inspection, the inspector spoke in glowing terms about all aspects of the FOSBACS provision, and the word she kept using was ‘phenomenal’.
I hope parents enjoy reading the inspection report, and Amanda and Pary will hand out paper copies to any parent dropping off or picking up their children from this afternoon onwards.
