Today we have been advised to send home all medicines with your child so you can check dates, and update any ready for September.
On our recent Asthma training we learnt that spacers also have a shelf life, so you may need to go back to the doctors to ensure your child's spacer is still in date.
All medicines that are needed must come back into school on Tuesday 1st September. If there are changes to your child's medicines then new forms will need to be completed. You can find the link to these forms below. If there medicines remain the same then the current forms will still be in use.
IT IS IMPORTANT ALL MEDICINES ARE SENT IN ON YOUR CHILD'S FIRST DAY!
